Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Delivery Times

  • Morocco: 2–5 business days
  • Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 5–10 business days
  • Other international destinations: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or remote delivery areas.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders

Payment Methods by Region

  • Morocco and Gulf countries: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, in addition to online payment.
  • All other destinations: Online payment only at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this

number to track your shipment's progress.

Delays and Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@luxebeauty.one with your order number so we can investigate.

Customs and Duties (international orders)
For orders shipped outside Morocco, the recipient may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the order total.
