Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Skincare products (serums, creams, masks)
  • Any item with a broken seal

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@luxebeauty.one within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery Orders
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as no original payment method exists to refund to.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy above.
